Kristian has over 15 years experience of innovation and commercialisation in start-ups, SME's and multinationals across a broad range of industries.

He has a PhD in Advanced Materials from Cranfield University and a BSc from the University of Liverpool. Originally from the UK, Kristian worked on projects in Europe, USA, Asia and Australia before settling in New Zealand and launching InnovIQ.
